Audio is easy!

A few months ago I spent lots of hours trying to setup Audio on my website. It is a frustrating experience. Do you use .WAV or .SWF or .MP3? etc.....

How do you make the buttons? How/where do you upload it? What program to use?

I don't have to worry anymore, and you don't either!
